FAVORITE RUNNING OR RACING EXPERIENCE: 

I ran the California International Marathon at 4 months pregnant and it was such a fun bonding experience for my child and me. I also got to enjoy a race without the pressure of racing it.


FAVORITE PLACE TO RUN: 

Anywhere wet and tropical. I love running through ferns and creeks and under towering trees.

FAVORITE POST-RUN EATS/DRINKS: 

Anything salty and savory. Chips and salsa are always good.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY DOING WHEN YOU'RE NOT RUNNING? 

I really enjoy singing, dancing around with my kids in the mornings, and painting with acrylics.

YOU CAN ONLY HAVE ONE SONG ON YOUR RUNNING PLAYLIST.  WHAT IS IT? 

“Another One Bites the Dust” by Queen. It’s not my favourite song, but it definitely gets the blood pumping and keeps the pace up.


DREAM RACE OR RUNNING ADVENTURE: 

I would love to complete some crazy 3-day race in my lifetime.

WHAT DOES THE WOODLANDS ENDURANCE TEAM MEAN TO YOU? 

It’s a chance to be a part of a group that is constantly lifting each other up and encouraging each other in their endeavors.

YOUR 2021 RACE CALENDAR (WHAT/WHEN/WHERE ARE YOU PLANNING TO RUN OR RACE?): 

Currently, I just have the Mount Ashland Hill Climb. I love races, but I'm waiting for COVID to clear up before I jump on the train and sign up for a bunch of them. Ideally, I'll do a 100 miler before the end of the year! That's the dream.
