Lost creek trail runs

50K RACE DETAILS

It’s back! The 50k course will circumnavigate the lake, counter-clockwise, deviating early for a stretch along the Rogue River and late for an epic climb to a panoramic vista. The course will feature 5 full-service aid stations and will be marked with BLUE & ORANGE ribbon.

30K RACE DETAILS

Like the 50k, the 30k course will circumnavigate the lake, starting and ending at the day use area, without the deviations. The course will run counter-clockwise this year. Runners will pass through a full-service aid station twice, and there will also be a water-only aid station at the turn-around. The 30k course will be marked with BLUE ribbon.

10K RACE DETAILS

The 10k course is a loop that heads north with a mix of pavement and dirt trail, with some epic lake and river views! There will be one water-only aid station about half-way, shortly before heading back to the south. The 10k course will be marked with GREEN ribbon.

5K RACE DETAILS

The 5k course travels the same direction as the 10k but on a shorter loop, with a mix of pavement and dirt, perfect for anyone pushing for that PR! The 5k course will be marked with WHITE ribbon.

MORE DETAILS

Awards/Prizes: Awards will be given to the top male and female finishers along with a free entry into our Twin Peaks Trail Runs this fall. All runners will receive finisher medals.

Post-Race: We will have coffee, donuts & cold drinks pre/post race for all finishers and volunteers.
