Meet at Rogue Valley Runners in Ashland, OR on Thursdays at 5:45pm and start running by 6pm. We will run for an hour and afterwards grab some grub. This is meant to be a chill social run! ALL paces are welcome and no one will be left behind. Get outside and share the trails with some badass ladies!
